Common issues
Vanta isn't responding to my commands
Make sure the channel is marked as NSFW. Vanta's content commands only work in NSFW channels. Use /make-nsfw or enable it manually in channel settings.
I'm seeing a 'Missing Permissions' error
Vanta needs permission to send messages, embed links, and attach files in the channel. Check that the bot role has these permissions.
My premium isn't activating
Make sure your Discord account is linked on Ko-fi. Go to ko-fi.com/account/settings and connect your Discord. It may take a few minutes to sync.
The bot went offline / lost my session
Sessions are stored in memory and reset when the bot restarts. Simply re-run the command to start a new session.
How do I report a bug?
Join our Discord support server and open a ticket, or use the /feedback command directly in Discord.
How do I set up confessions?
Use /confess-setup in the channel you want confessions to appear in. You need Manage Channels permission.
Why is content not loading?
Our content API may be temporarily unavailable. Check our Discord server for status updates. If it persists, run /troubleshoot for a diagnostic.
