Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vanta. These terms govern your use of the bot and this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Vanta to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Vanta.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vanta.
By using Vanta you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Server administrators are responsible for ensuring Vanta is only deployed in servers accessible to adults.

You may use Vanta only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must only use Vanta in channels marked as NSFW as required by Discord.
You must not use Vanta to share, seek, or distribute content involving minors in any sexual context — this will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Vanta's rate limits or access controls.
You must not use Vanta to harass, intimidate, or harm other users.
Automated abuse of Vanta's commands (bots, scrapers, scripts) without explicit permission is prohibited.

By adding Vanta to your server you take responsibility for ensuring its use complies with Discord's guidelines and applicable law.
You must configure Vanta only in appropriate NSFW channels.
You are responsible for moderating how members in your server interact with Vanta.

Premium access is provided through Ko-fi. Subscription terms, billing, and refunds are governed by Ko-fi's Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify premium benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
Premium access may be revoked without refund if you violate these Terms of Service.

Vanta retrieves content from third-party adult content platforms. We do not host, produce, or endorse any of this content.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content.
If you encounter illegal content, report it immediately via /report or through our Discord server.

We provide Vanta on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time without liability.
We are not responsible for any data loss, including vault saves, resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

Vanta's code, branding, and website are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Content fetched through Vanta remains the property of its respective copyright holders.

We reserve the right to ban any user from Vanta at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
You may stop using Vanta at any time by removing it from your server.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
